Bayport is a residential community on the Great South Bay, and most homes here are owned by the families who live in them. Streets are lined with mature trees, lawns are generous, and plenty of houses show real care, from shingled colonials and farmhouse-style homes along Middle Road to capes and ranches on quieter side streets. The area's history is still visible too: Meadow Croft, the Roosevelt family's former summer estate, is nearby, and the Bayport Aerodrome still flies vintage planes off its grass runway. A Bayport home usually looks best with a thoughtful display. We might trace a colonial's gables with warm white C9s, or light up a front yard full of old trees.
Our Premium package is a good match for Bayport's larger yards. It wraps tree trunks and branches, lights hedges and bushes with nets or string lights, and runs borders along driveways and front walks, all after a design consultation where we plan the look together. Homes near Brown's River and the bay get more damp wind than houses inland, so we fasten everything with commercial-grade clips and set it on a timer. During the season we handle bulb replacement and maintenance, and after the holidays we take everything down and store it until next year.

Can you wrap the large old trees in my Bayport yard?
Yes. Tree wrapping, on trunks and branches, is part of our Premium package, along with lighting for bushes and hedges, driveway and walkway borders, wreaths and garlands, and a full design consultation. Mature trees are common in Bayport, and we plan how much of each tree to light based on its size and where it stands in the yard.
Do you install lights on homes near Brown's River or the bay?
Yes. Waterfront homes get more wind and moisture, so our crews use commercial-grade clips and secure every run carefully. Season maintenance, including bulb replacement, comes with every package. If the weather causes a problem, call our Suffolk line at 631-515-7882 and we will come back out to fix it.
Can the display be set to turn on at dusk automatically?
Yes. Our Deluxe and Premium packages include a power extension and a timer, so your lights come on and turn off on a schedule without you having to think about it. Let us know what hours you want during your design consultation, and we will set the timer to match.
What if a section of lights goes out in the middle of December?
Call us. Maintenance throughout the season is included, and that covers bulb replacement. You do not need to climb a ladder or track down a replacement strand. Our Suffolk office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and weekends 10am to 6pm.
Is Deluxe or Premium better for a Bayport colonial?
It depends on how much of the property you want to light. Deluxe covers the full roofline, including gutters, peaks, ridges, dormers and gables, with custom color patterns and a timer. Premium includes all of that and adds the landscaping, trees, walkways and specialty décor. We are happy to walk your property with you and help you choose.
