I have young kids and a busy December. How much do I have to do?
Very little. Once we agree on a design, our crew handles installation, maintenance throughout the season, takedown and storage. If a bulb goes out, call us and we will replace it. With a timer, which comes with the Deluxe and Premium packages, the lights turn on and off by themselves every night.
Can you decorate the trees and hedges in my yard?
Yes. Our Premium package includes bushes and hedges with nets or string lights, tree wrapping for trunks and branches, driveway and walkway borders, and specialty décor like icicles, snowflakes and yard displays. It also includes a full design consultation, so we can plan which trees and plantings will make the biggest impact from the street.
When should I call to book lights in East Northport?
Installs typically happen within 48 hours of booking, so you have flexibility. That said, the weeks after Thanksgiving are our busiest, and earlier calls get the most scheduling options. Reach our Suffolk line Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, or Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
