Babylon Village has a traditional downtown, and it gets especially festive in December. Shops and restaurants line Main Street and Deer Park Avenue, the Argyle Theatre's marquee lights up West Main, and every year the village gathers at Argyle Park for its tree lighting. Can you light my Main Street storefront in Babylon Village?
Yes. We do commercial installations as well as residential work. We can outline your facade and windows, add wreaths or garlands at the entrance, and put everything on a timer. We maintain the display through the season and take it down afterward. Call 631-515-7882 to talk about your space and any building or village requirements.
I live south of Montauk Highway near the bay. Does wind change how you install?
It changes how carefully we secure everything. Homes near the Great South Bay get more wind and moisture, so our crews use commercial-grade clips and anchor each run to stay straight and in place. Bulb replacement and season maintenance are included, so if something needs attention after a storm, call us and we will take care of it.
Can you wrap the big trees in my front yard?
Yes. Many streets in Babylon Village have mature shade trees, and they make a great part of a display. Our Premium package includes wrapping trunks and branches, plus lighting bushes and hedges with nets or string lights, driveway and walkway borders, and specialty décor. We will look at your trees and plan coverage that fits them.
When do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Takedown is included in every package, and we schedule it with you after the season ends. Once your lights are down, we store them for you, so you do not have to find room in the attic or garage. If you have a preferred takedown date, just let us know when you call.
What does the Basic package cover on a typical Babylon cape or colonial?
The Basic package covers C9 LED lighting along your front-facing gutters and peaks, installed with commercial-grade clips, along with maintenance during the season and takedown and storage afterward. It is a clean, classic look for many homes in the village. If you want to light the full roofline or add color patterns, Deluxe covers that.
