Mount Sinai is a North Shore hamlet in the Town of Brookhaven, wrapped around Mount Sinai Harbor and the long peninsula of Cedar Beach on Long Island Sound. It began as a farming village, grew into a summer resort after the railroad arrived, and became a residential suburb from the 1960s on. Today its streets are lined with center-hall colonials, high ranches and larger newer homes on wooded lots, plus older houses near the harbor. Every December, the community gathers at Heritage Park, where the Mount Sinai Fire Department escorts Santa to the annual Christmas tree lighting. We help families bring that same glow to their own homes.
Many Mount Sinai colonials have multiple gables and dormers, and they look best when the whole roofline is traced. Our Deluxe package covers gutters, peaks, ridges, dormers and gables with custom color patterns, plus a power extension and timer. Homes near the harbor and the Sound get strong winter wind, so we install with commercial-grade clips and provide maintenance and bulb replacement throughout the season. For landscaped yards, the Premium package adds tree wrapping, lit hedges, wreaths and walkway borders. After the holidays, we take everything down and store it until next year.

Can you get my Mount Sinai home lit before the Heritage Park tree lighting?
Usually, yes. Installation typically happens within 48 hours of booking, so there is often time to light your home before the annual tree lighting at Heritage Park. Early December is busy, so booking ahead gives you more options. Call our Suffolk line at 631-515-7882 to schedule.
My house overlooks the harbor. How do you handle wind?
Homes near Mount Sinai Harbor and the Sound take strong winter gusts. We use commercial-grade clips designed to keep lights firmly in place along gutters and rooflines, and maintenance throughout the season is included. If anything comes loose or bulbs burn out, we come back to fix it.
Can you design a display for a large colonial with a big front yard?
Yes. Our Premium package starts with a full design consultation and includes the entire roofline, custom color patterns and a timer, plus tree wrapping, bushes and hedges with nets or string lights, wreaths, garlands, driveway and walkway borders and specialty décor like icicles and snowflakes.
Do you install lights for businesses in Mount Sinai?
