Bridgehampton is one of the oldest settlements on the South Fork, named for the bridge built across Sagg Pond in 1686, and it still mixes open farm fields with some of the most impressive homes in the Hamptons. Many Bridgehampton homes are second homes, and a lot of them sit empty for part of the winter. That makes our season maintenance especially useful here. If a bulb goes out or a strand is pulled loose by wind coming off the ocean and Mecox Bay, we fix it, so the property looks cared for whether or not the owners are in town. We install with commercial-grade clips to stand up to the open, windy fields, and a timer handles the schedule each night. When the season is over, we take everything down and store it until next year, with nothing left for a caretaker to deal with.

Yes. Maintenance throughout the season is included, which is a big help for second homes. If a bulb burns out or wind pulls a section loose, call our Suffolk line at 631-515-7882 and we will send a crew to fix it. A timer from our Deluxe or Premium package keeps the display running on schedule while you are away.
Do you light large estate properties with long driveways?
We do. Our Premium package includes driveway and walkway borders, tree wrapping on trunks and branches, hedges lit with nets or string lights, and specialty decor such as icicles, snowflakes and yard displays. It begins with a full design consultation so we can plan a display that suits the scale of your property.
Will you work with my property manager or caretaker?
Many Bridgehampton homes are looked after by a caretaker during the off-season. Call us to set up the details, including access to the property and who to contact about the design or maintenance visits. We will coordinate the installation, service calls and takedown so the process is simple for everyone involved.
Can you light a historic farmhouse without overdoing it?
