How do you approach lighting a large Water Mill estate?

Can the lights be on a timer while we are in the city?
Yes. Our Deluxe and Premium packages include a power extension and a timer, so the display turns on and off automatically each evening. Combined with our included season maintenance, your Water Mill home stays lit and looked after even when you are not there. Call us to coordinate property access.
Do you light homes on Mecox Bay or near the ocean?
Yes. Waterfront homes get more wind and salt air, so we install with commercial-grade clips and check on displays through the season. If a winter storm off the bay or ocean knocks bulbs out or loosens a section, maintenance is included and we will come back to fix it. Just give us a call.
Can you light a traditional farmhouse without making it look over the top?
Of course. Every design is custom. For a classic Water Mill farmhouse or shingle-style home, a warm white roofline with wreaths on the windows and a few lit trees often looks best. We talk through the feel you want before we start, and we can keep it as understated or festive as you like.
